For mayonnaise, we add 1 glass of sunflower oil, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of mustard.
We will use a blender to mix the mayonnaise, but there is a rule to make mayonnaise with a blender. We place the blender at an angle as you can see in the image at the bottom and do not lift it up before it solidifies.
