Chips and Guacomole Chips Ingredients

Pour the peanut oil into the frying pan. For now, we will prepare the guacamole while the oil is heating on low heat.
Cut the avocados in half. Cut avocados at 1 cm intervals horizontally and vertically. Spoon the avocado cubes out of the skin into the bowl. Add the salt and mash with a fork.
Grate the fresh garlic on it and mix.
Peel the red onion. Chop the onion, tomato, green pepper and coriander. Cut an orange in half, half for squeezing, half for eating 🙂
Combine all the chopped ingredients and squeeze the juice of half an orange on it, mix. sprinkle a pinch of salt.
. Take some corn tortillas on a cutting board and cut them into four equal parts.
Now increase the heat of the heated oil and fry the corn tortillas for 45 seconds or 1 minute.
Salt the hot oiled chips while they are hot. Enjoy the taste.
