How to Make the Best Iced Caramel Macchiato

Iced Caramel Macchiato Ingredients

 1 tbsp Filter Coffee
 1 qt Filter Coffee Paper
 1 cup of Milk (medium size coffee pot, for a mixture with honey)
 2 tsp Honey
 ½ l Milk
 5 qts Ice

Let's brew the filter coffee up to 1 big mug and put it in the fridge and let it cool.

Let's add milk and 1-2 spoonfuls of honey to a medium-sized glass, let it warm slightly and turn off the stove when the honey melts. The aim is to mix honey with milk, definitely not boiling. Then put it in the fridge and let it cool.

Prepare the glasses you will use and divide the honey milk into the glasses. You can change the ratio completely depending on your taste. We added honey milk up to 1/3 of the glass.

Add the ice. I used the glass I bought from Starbucks and I usually add 6-7 pieces of ice. I think there should be at least 4 ices. The volume of the glass exceeds half.

Add 1/3 of the glass of milk. There should be about 2 fingers left until the glass is full.

We add 2 shots of filter coffee. When adding, pour not from above, but from low and over the ice. I like stronger and less sweet so I normally add more filter coffee.

Finally, I add honey on it.

Your Iced Caramel Macchiato is ready.

You can adjust the consistency according to you. Quality filter coffee is the most important ingredient. There is no need for a machine, you just need to brew it with the paper.
