Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to 3 egg yolks and mix well. Beat the egg and sugar mixture in a bain-marie for 4-5 minutes. Egg yolk is used in order for the tiramisu not to be cooked in it, to meet all the ingredients and only give it texture and color.
Take it from the bain-marie, add the mascarpone and mix a little.
Add the remaining sugar little by little to the egg whites and turn it into snow with the help of a mixer. Add the mascarpone to the mixture little by little and without turning it off. Your cream is ready!
Dip the cat's tongue cookies in 1.5 cups of filter coffee and place them in the bowls where you will make the tiramisu. Add cream or fig sauce as an intermediate layer if you wish.
After adding the fig sauce, dip the cat's tongue cookies into the coffee again and place them on the fig sauce. Pour cream over the cat's tongue cookies again.
Put it in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours. As soon as it comes out, sprinkle plenty of cocoa on it. You can serve it by adding any fruit you want on it.
