Chop the sage and maple into small pieces. Add the chopped sage and maple to the ground pork. Grate the garlic on it, add salt and other spices.
Mix the ingredients first with the help of a spatula and then, if you wish, by using your hands, and form a round ball. Put the patties in the pan and press them with the help of a spatula as in the image. The thinner the patties, the more practical it will be to cook and you can put it in the bread more easily. The thinness in the image will be enough, otherwise, being thinner will cause it to burn.
