Preheat oven to 325℉.
Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and clean any yellow outer leaves.
Then boil it in boiling water.
Line them on the baking tray with parchment paper and crush them with the help of a water glass.
Then add 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder and 3 tablespoons of olive oil on brussels sprouts.
Sprinkle a pinch of the grated parmesan cheese evenly on them and bake in the oven at 325℉ until the cheeses melt.
Mix 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of mustard and 3-4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
Add the sauce over the brussels sprouts.
