A first course based on pasta with a seasonal product, in this case Romanesco broccoli. Simple and tasty for weekend.
Easy Spaghetti with Broccoli and Taralli Ingredients
Instructions
We clean the broccoli and cook it in lightly salted water, we also use part of the leaves to have a more intense color.
Then we blend with the cooking water and extra virgin olive oil.
Crumble the taralli and toast them in a pan with poached garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
We cook the spaghetti for half of the cooking time in water and finish in the pan with the broccoli cream and cooking water.
Season with salt and pepper and stir in extra virgin olive oil.
We serve and finish with the crispy taralli.
