The most important feature of this recipe is that it is suitable for vegan diets. When you think of nacho, mince sauce comes to mind. However, there is no animal product in this recipe.

We used chips in this recipe. But here is a tip for you, if you want to prepare your own chips instead of the spiced corn chips sold in the market for "nachos": Cut the lavash or tortilla bread into triangles. Combine cajun seasoning and sweet paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle the spice mixture on the lavash that you have buttered on both sides. Use the lavash that you cook for a short time in the oven or microwave to make nachos.

You don't have to eat this crispy yet delicious flavor blended with various flavors and sauces only at parties. You can consume Vegan Loaded Nachos whenever you want. You can also diversify its content and enrich it with your favorite materials.

Vegan Loaded Nachos Ingredients

 1 pack corn chips
 1 cup cooked or canned black beans
 1 cup corn kernels
 1 tsp taco seasonings
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 ¾ cup grated vegan cheese
For the Salsa
 2 cups cherry tomatoes
 ½ red onion
 1 jalapeño pepper (optional)
 1 lime juice
 ½ cup chopped coriander
 salt and pepper
 ½ tsp oregano
 1 pinch ground cumin
 guacamole and sour cream, for serving

Preheat the oven to 180 °C / 355 °F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Parchment paper prevents your food from sticking to the tray, preventing it from burning and increasing its flavor. So do not forget to put the parchment paper. Open the package of chips and pour them onto the tray you have lined with parchment paper.

In a bowl combine black beans, corn, taco seasonings and cumin. Arrange corn chips on the prepared baking tray in a single layer, layer with the bean corn mix.

Sprinkle cheese on it. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Continue with the salsa sauce:

Chop tomatoes, onion and coriander. Squeeze the lemon and combine all the ingredients in a bowl. You can also add them into a food processor and pulse a few times until finely chopped.

Take nachos out of the oven, top with salsa, add guacamole and sour cream. Enjoy right away.
