Garlic Mayonnaise with Olive Oil Ingredients

 1 cup olive oil
 1 egg yolk
 1 tsp vinegar
 1 tsp black pepper
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp mustard
 Juice of half a lemon
 ½ cup water
 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Cook vinegar, black pepper and garlic powder in a saucepan at 140 °F for 15 minutes.

Add salt, mustard and a teaspoon of the vinegar mixture you cooked to the egg yolk.

Beat the egg mixture with a mixer. Then add an olive oil drop by drop. After you get the ideal consistency, you can make it more fluid.

We add lemon and water to both get a more white color and to dilute the consistency.
