Protein Cookies for Energetic Breakfast Ingredients
Instructions
Mash the banana with a fork.
Add oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, salt, and optionally cinnamon to the mashed banana.
Mix well and add the chocolate chips.
Then add the vanilla protein by mixing evenly.
Take a piece of the mixture and roll it in your hand. Put the rolled cookies on the air fryer tray on which you have laid parchment paper.
Pat down into mini cookies with a wet spoon.
Air fry each tray 180 °C or 356 °F for 5 mins (the less time, the more gooey in the middle).
Place in a bowl with your favorite yogurt, berries & top with biscoff spread.
Enjoy your breakfast!
