Crispy Airfryer Baby Corn Ingredients
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the baby corn with butter. Then add the spices and make sure the spices are mixed with all the corn. The reason I prefer butter is that it is both healthy and less oily. You can also prefer olive oil or sunflower oil. You can also replace the spices with your favorite ones, even if you don't like spice, you don't have to add it. You can choose to use sauce to add flavor.
Air fry at 190°C / 375°F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket or tray halfway through. The reason we shake the basket is to ensure that not only the side that comes into contact with the bottom part, but also the upper part is cooked. The reason why I prefer the air fryer is that it is really practical and requires less oil to prepare it.
You can add mayonnaise while serving. You can also sprinkle parsley if you like. I think parmesan cheese also would suit this recipe very well.
