We are adding a new one to the homemade bread recipes that have increased with the pandemic. In this period, when our hygiene concerns increase and we care much more about being healthier, home-made meals are our biggest helpers.
Let's add bread to our homemade meals. This recipe, which will increase the taste of the dishes you cook, will also make you comfortable with its healthy nature. Let's start making the bread without waiting any longer. So let's get right to our recipe.

Country Sourdough Bread Ingredients

 300 g strong Stoneground white bread flour
 200 g Khorasan
 1 tbsp Red Malt Flour
 370 g water
 200 g active stiff leavain
 7 g salt

Instructions

Sourdough preparation:

Mix well 50 g sourdough + 80 g flour + 70 g water. After waiting for 5-8 hours, its volume will triple.

Knead the dough. When you start kneading the dough, discharge the water in a controlled manner. It may not always take the same amount of water as in the recipe.Add salt after 1 hour.

Do 4 folds every 30 minutes. (Total 5.5 hours)

After the final fold is made, leave for 1 hour at room temperature. Cover with cling film and let rise cold in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

You can draw any pattern you want on your bread when you take it out of the refrigerator.

Take directly from the refrigerator and bake in a hot oven at 240°C. Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on and uncovered until golden brown. Enjoy the taste 🙂
