 1 cup Buttermilk
 1 tbsp Red Gel Food Coloring

 1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
The Frosting
 225 g Cream Cheese
 150 g Butter
 300 g Icing Sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

In the bowl, carefully beat the butter with a mixer. Keep mixing each time you add a new ingredient. Add sugar and egg. Finally, add the vanilla extract and mix.

In a separate bowl, add the buttermilk, red gel food coloring and white vinegar and mix.

Add cake flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa powder to the first mixture you have prepared, which contains sugar, egg, butter and vanilla extract. Then add the mixture you have obtained with red gel food coloring.

Mix them and fill 3x6 inch pans evenly.

Bake in the oven at 356 F for 25-30 minutes.
