Air Fried Buffalo Cauliflower Wings Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat the air frier to 200C.
Beat the eggs in a deep bowl.Cut the cauliflower into florets.
In a large bowl toss beaten egg and cauliflower florets together until well coated.
Add bread crumbs into a separate bowl, add in cauliflower florets and toss well to coat. Pun into airfryer
Working in batches air fry the florets for 10 minutes.
Make the sauce, by whisking all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove the florets from the air fryer and dunk each one into the sauce.
Return to the air frier for another 5 minutes.
Serve warm, drizzled with the leftover sauce, garnished with fresh chives and dipping sauce of your choice.
