The most important feature of falafel is that it is made from chickpeas and blended with different flavors. We will use the food processor to mix the ingredients well. We take the food processor and add chickpeas first. then add chopped onion, garlic, parsley, chopped green hot pepper, chickpea flour, cumin, salt, pepper and olive oil to the chickpeas. You can understand how delicious it is from its smell and how well the ingredients are blended with each other.
Turn on the food processor so that each ingredient mixes with each other. Then give the falafel ball shapes with your hands.
Bake in the air fryer at 180 °C / 355 °F for 15 minutes. Do not forget to place your falafels in the basket with a space between them. When there is a space between them, the meatballs will be cooked more healthily and evenly.
After the falafels are fried, it is time to prepare a delicious sauce. Take a bowl and add half an avocado, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Tahini is an indispensable part of Lebanese cuisine. So don't forget to add it. Mash the avocado with the help of a fork and mix the sauce well.
Take the tortilla and spread the avocado sauce you prepared with a spoon. Then add vegan coleslaw and lastly falafel. Roll the tortilla and put it in the pan.
